Prior to opening his own practice, Mr. Milazzo represented both defense carriers and injured plaintiffs.
Mr. Milazzo was employed at Pringle Quinn Anzano in the firm’s special investigations unit for over seven years. Mr. Milazzo litigated hundreds of PIP arbitrations for carriers such as Allstate, Encompass and AAA Mid-Atlantic.
For the past three years, Mr. Milazzo was the head of the personal injury department at the Law Office of Robert A. Olkowitz. In addition to settling many personal injury matters, Mr. Milazzo has obtained successful verdicts in jury and bench trials.
Additionally, Mr. Milazzo has successfully represented Chiropractors, Neurologists and Massage Therapists in PIP arbitrations filed with Forthright Solutions.
Mr. Milazzo enjoys recreational sports such as ice hockey, softball, hiking and snowboarding. If he is not in the office working on your case, he is likely on the ice, field, trail or slope.
